General Chapter Matters
    Sr. Guadalupe Bautista, General Councillor, facilitated the session on General Chapter matters, which consist of the proposed revision of Art. 1 of the Constitution, the Role of the CGS in Provincial Chapter and General Chapter and the right to vote for the Congregational leaders, and the delegated authority / participation of the Contemplatives in CGS Assembly and Provincial Chapter.
1. There was a unanimous decision to approve the proposed Revision of Article 1 of the Constitution. (33 votes - RGS; 7 votes - CGS)
2. On the role of CGS in Provincial Chapter and right to vote for a Provincial Coordinator (32 Yes, 1 No - RGS; 7 Yes votes - CGS)
On the role of CGS in General Assembly and the right to vote for a Superior General and her Councillors ( 32 Yes votes/ 1 No - RGS; 7 votes - CGS)
3. On delegated authority (32 Agreed, 1 missing ballot) (6 for CGS assembly, 1 disagreed)
