Our initial and ongoing formation as persons and as
communities in our charism and spirituality of compassion and in our three-fold
thrust of Justice, Ecology and Women.
As communities of disciples aiming at being inserted in
the local Church which hopes to be truly a Church of the Poor, we strive
together with our Lay partners in mission for liberating, life-giving and
nurturing ministries.
As Sisters belonging to the same Congregation we foster
mutual relationships, and with zeal complement each other as Apostolic
Contemplatives and Contemplative Apostles.
The exercise of leadership for mission characterized by
mutuality, partnership, teamwork, consensus building and facilitative of the
participation of others in the process of transformation towards wholeness.
