    We opt for a formation that favors creativity and openness to the Spirit, conversion and availability, being aware of the fact that our lives are evangelically significant if they are based on the call of Jesus the Good Shepherd and his message, and we take on our personal responsibility in the path of our internal growth.

    Among the several aspects of on-going formation, theological preparation and updating are essential for faith, which doesn’t change itself, but seeks reasons to love, work and suffer in a context characterized by unbelief and multiplicity of religions and sects.

    Modern means of communication offer us the possibility of being open to new and recent discoveries and to improve our networks. We commit ourselves to use these means to intensify communication and to transmit the “Good News."
