An aspirant is a woman who expresses a desire to join our congregation. She pursues a regular contact with us to clarify her call and to assess her potential. She continues her knowledge of the Good Shepherd life and mission through a lived-in aspirancy program with a local community and its apostolate. The aspirants also gather for a community living during the RGS-CGS Lived-in Aspirancy.

While students are encouraged to join our activities for discernment, those accepted to the Live-in Aspirancy Program are candidates who have finished college and are between the ages 21-29, Candidates 30 years old and above are also given due consideration on a case to case basis.
